The user interface (UI / controls) on this model (M20-X Warrior) are the best that I have seen offered on any other flashlight in it's class.
For those that are confused or do not fully understand how this item operates here you go:
Press firmly and click the tail button to turn on/off.
Press tail buyton lightly (before the button clicks on) for momentary on
While light is on: press the side button on the tail cap to cycle through the output modes: low, med, high.
While light is on: press and hold the side button on the tail cap to activate constant strobe. (this setting will be saved if you turn off the flashlight in this mode. The next time you turn the light on it will be in this mode)
Memory: automatically uses the least setting that the light was in when it was turned off.
